Pancreas
Locally advanced and borderline unresectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
Improving systemic therapy does not make the primary tumor less important. It makes it more visible.
When systemic disease is controlled for longer, local progression becomes a leading cause of clinical deterioration — pain, biliary and duodenal obstruction, loss of eligibility for further treatment. Patients who respond well systemically can still be limited by a primary tumor that was never addressed.
As systemic therapies improve, durable local control becomes increasingly important.
Each generation of therapy has extended what is possible — and revealed what remains unresolved.
BetaGlue develops YntraDose®, a one-time, image-guided intratumoral Y-90 radiotherapeutic designed to deliver a high local radiation dose directly within the tumor.
Its mechanism is physical rather than molecular. It is designed to act independently of the mutational profile of the tumor, and to be delivered without interrupting the systemic treatment the patient is already receiving.
This is what makes local control a platform rather than a product: the same principle applies wherever a solid tumor remains locally advanced, difficult to resect, and resistant to systemic therapy alone.

Locally advanced pancreatic cancer is where the need is most acute, and it leads our clinical development. The underlying approach is not specific to it.
Locally advanced and borderline unresectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
Unresectable early-stage hepatocellular carcinoma, and unresectable liver metastases.
Resectable early-stage disease, including ductal carcinoma in situ.
Our ambition
YntraDose® is an investigational radiotherapeutic. Its safety and performance are being evaluated in clinical development and have not been established.
